A 0–100 daily fuel grade computed from four things — weighted by how much each affects your performance.
Macros40%
Are you hitting your protein, carbs, and fat targets? Protein gets the most weight — that's what athletes optimize for. Going over your goal doesn't punish the score; we measure how close you got to each target.
Quality30%
Are you eating mostly whole foods or processed ones? Each meal is scored using its Nutri-Score (A–E) and NOVA group (1=unprocessed → 4=ultra-processed). A 1,200 kcal burger counts more than a 200 kcal apple.
Calories20%
Is your net intake (food minus exercise burn) close to your daily goal? Going over hurts; severely under-eating (less than 70% of goal) hurts a bit more — under-fueling cripples recovery.
Activity10%
Calories burned vs a 300 kcal/day baseline. Bonus for active days, no penalty for full rest days — recovery matters too.

"Day in progress"? Until you've logged at least 2 meals or it's past 2 PM, we show your score as provisional — no one likes seeing 22/100 with their morning coffee.
Scores are computed from data you log. We don't pull from any third-party fitness service. Your meals and activity stay in your account.
