⚠️ Not a medical device. Estimates are for general wellness and self-exploration only — not for diagnosis, monitoring, or treatment of any condition. If you have any health concern, see a licensed professional.
🔒 Your camera feed is processed on your phone and is never uploaded. Only the resulting numbers are saved to your NutriOptio account, so you can follow your own trends — and you can delete any scan.

YOUR PULSE
the real signal from your skin — each dot is a detected beat
Not measured by this scan: blood pressure, blood oxygen (SpO₂), hemoglobin and vascular age. A phone camera cannot estimate these reliably, and doing so would be a regulated medical claim — so we deliberately don't show a number we can't stand behind.
What do these numbers mean?
Heart rate (resting) — how many times your heart beats per minute at rest. Typical adult 60–100 bpm; 40–60 is common in well-trained people. A lower resting rate generally reflects better cardiovascular fitness. Measure calm and seated for a true resting number.
Respiration — breaths per minute at rest. Typical adult 12–20. Very low readings can be normal when deeply relaxed, or a sign the camera under-read — retry if it looks off.
Readiness — an experimental 0–100 wellness signal from your heart rate and how clean/steady the pulse is. Higher = more "primed"; lower = more "recovering." Best read as a trend over days, like a morning check-in — not a clinical score.
HRV — beat-to-beat variation (RMSSD). Higher generally means better autonomic balance and recovery, but it's highly individual and age-dependent, so compare it to your own baseline, not to other people. Camera HRV is noisy — it only shows when the pulse is clean.
These are general population references for wellness context, not personalized medical thresholds. A single reading is a snapshot; trends over time are more meaningful. Persistent readings that concern you warrant a licensed professional.
