Built for reduced appetite

You are eating less.
Make it count for more.

On a GLP-1, the hard part stops being willpower and starts being composition. Fewer meals have to carry the same protein, the same micronutrients and the same blood-sugar control. NutriOptio is built for exactly that day.

The problem nobody logs

Weight is not one thing.

The scale falls and every tracker treats that as a win. But the weight coming off is a mix of fat and lean tissue, and the ratio is not fixed. Protein intake and resistance work are the two levers most associated with keeping the lean share of that loss small. A tool that reports only calories cannot tell you which kind of weight you are losing, and it will keep congratulating you either way.

01 · Turn it on

Reduced appetite mode

One switch in your profile. From then on, a day where you ate far under target is not marked as a failure. The grade shifts onto protein and food quality.

02 · Hold the floor

Protein from body weight

Your floor is calculated from your own weight, using an evidence-based 1.6 g per kg baseline. It does not shrink because your appetite did.

03 · Spend well

Quality per gram

Glycemic load, Nutri-Score, NOVA processing level and allergen risk on everything you log, so the few meals you manage are the right ones.

Side by side

What a calorie tracker
gets wrong here.

On a reduced-appetite dayA calorie trackerNutriOptio
You ate 900 kcal Green. Big deficit. Well done. Checks protein first. Flags the gap, not the deficit.
You hit 40 g protein Shown as a number, unweighted Measured against a floor set from your body weight
Most of it was ultra-processed Invisible NOVA group 4 flagged on the meal
You could only manage toast Counted as carbs Glycemic load calculated on your actual portion
You under-ate three days running Three green days Graded on what you did eat, with the pattern surfaced
Five ways in

Logging has to be
almost free.

Nausea and food aversion make diary apps collapse. If logging costs effort on a bad day, it does not happen. Photo, voice, barcode, text or search, and the food capture path works offline, so a poor signal is not a missed day either.

Questions

Straight answers.

Does NutriOptio work if I am eating very little on a GLP-1?

Yes. Turn on reduced appetite and a low-intake day stops being scored as a failure. NutriOptio grades the day on protein and food quality instead of the calorie number you did not reach.

How much protein should I get on a GLP-1?

NutriOptio sets a protein floor from your body weight rather than as a share of what you happened to eat, using an evidence-based floor of 1.6 g per kg. Halving your intake does not move the floor. Your own target depends on your weight, activity and clinical advice.

Why does muscle matter during weight loss?

Weight lost is a mix of fat and lean tissue. Protein intake and resistance training are the two levers most associated with keeping the lean share of that loss low. A tracker that reports only calories cannot show you which kind of weight you are losing.

Does it track glycemic impact as well?

Yes. Every meal is scored for glycemic load, calculated from glycemic index and the carbohydrate in your actual portion, plus Nutri-Score and NOVA processing level. When there are fewer meals in a day, the quality of each one carries more weight.

Is NutriOptio a medical device?

No. NutriOptio is a general wellness product. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from your prescriber or dietitian.

Do I need a subscription?

No. There is a free tier, and you can log food, see your scores and use the core engine without paying. Pro adds goal profiles, the AI coach and deeper analysis.
