Your privacy, our promise

Before we set up your account, here's what we will — and won't — do with your data.

• No medical conditions stored. We don't ask for or store diagnoses, prescriptions, or PHI.
• Your age, never your date of birth. Your age sets your calorie target — we never ask for a birth date.
• Your chats stay yours. Optio conversations are private to your account — never sold, never used to train external AI models.
• Encrypted end-to-end. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).
• Delete anytime. One tap deletes every chat. A single email deletes your full account.

We use your name, age, country, optional weight/height, and chosen goals only to personalise Optio and your macro targets. Your prompts are processed inside NutriOptio's enterprise AI infrastructure under a contractual no-training commitment — your conversations are never used to train any external or public AI model.
